  We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately, but colours, fibres, and finishes may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
  unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of any applicable import duties or taxes.
  
  We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been accepted.

  3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
  An order is considered accepted only when we issue a shipping confirmation email. Prior to that, we may decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, address inaccuracy, or stock
  unavailability. Payment is processed at checkout via the providers listed at the bottom of our site.

  4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  Shipping terms, lead times, and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery.
 
  5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, or to interfere with its security or operation.

  8. DISCLAIMERS
  The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of

  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST-LUIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for
  any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

  We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
