Shipping policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@lui-co.com to initiate a return — we'll provide return instructions and the destination address.

  HYGIENE EXEMPTION
  For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. Items returned in this condition will be sent back to you, and the
  original payment will not be refunded.
 
  CONDITION OF RETURNS
  Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all branding bands and inserts intact. We inspect every return and reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do
   not meet these conditions.

  RETURN SHIPPING
  Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived defective. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
 
  REFUNDS
  Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
  EXCHANGES
  The fastest way to exchange a size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order. This avoids holding your replacement against stock fluctuations.

  DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@lui-co.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your choice.
